normally always come here especially just for gel removal and the service is perfectly fine. however yesterday the technician was way too aggressive with my nails with seemingly little regard for my preferences. there was still leftover gel at the end of the session to which I had to ask to remove. some of the skin around my nails are tender and bleeding a bit. a bit disappointing as a long-time returning customer
