Visited after calling earlier in the day to ask when would be best to come in. I was given a booking for 2:15, yet still had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. What made this more frustrating was that another customer arrived saying she had a 2:30 booking and was seen immediately before me!?

Overall, the service here is disappointing. The booking system clearly is not followed properly, and communication from staff is often poor and abrupt. The lady who appears to be the manager is temperamental and noticeably more pleasant and attentive towards certain customers.

The hygiene here is questionable, they don’t hand washing between clients. A beauty treatment should feel reliable and relaxing, this is not provided here - waste of money and time.

There’s no point making an appointment here as they just do first come first serve. You’ll be waiting regardless. After 30 minutes waiting time and somewhere else to be I gave up. There’s no apologies for lateness or client care. I’ve been going here for years but I think I’ve had my fill.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the way my complaint was handled.

I attended the salon last Sunday for a gel manicure and pedicure and was charged £83. In less than one week, the gel on both my hands and feet have already started lifting. One nail on my hand and one nail on my foot have cracked, and genuinely, I have not done anything that would cause this. Gel polish should last significantly longer than a few days, especially at this price point.

During the appointment, the technician initially began performing the wrong service, and I had to correct him and clarify what I had actually booked. This made the experience uncomfortable.

When I called to raise these issues, I explained clearly that I am going on holiday and do not have any time to come back into the salon. This was not taken into consideration. It is particularly frustrating because if the service had been of acceptable quality in the first place, I would not have needed to call at all.

When I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction that the service had not even lasted a week, the phone was hung up on me. I had to call back, only to be told, “I don’t know what you want me to do.”

I requested appropriate compensation given the poor quality and lack of durability, yet no resolution was offered.

For £83, I expected professional service, long-lasting results, and respectful customer care. Unfortunately, I received none of these. I would recommend anyone thinking to book here should save there time and money based on my experience with this atrocious place

Really bad service - rude staff member.
I’m really annoyed with this place. Despite coming in the day before to get my nails removed they told me to come the next day only for me to turn up and find out that they were understaffed and wouldn’t be able to serve me. Worst part was I sat there for a while before being asked what I needed just to be told to leave as they wouldn’t be able to serve me and to come back again the next day. Must be joking. Would not return nor recommend. Time and money wasted getting here.
