Got upper lip waxed -she was amazing, I thought hair was too short based on what previous salons had told me so I let her know before that I’m happy with whatever she can manage to get, and she did such a skilled job it’s basically fully done beyond my expectations!

Joana is the most amazing nail technician and woman. Literally had the most wonderful nail experience of my life with her and it meant so much as it was my first one post lock down and I couldn't have wished for anything better. She took such care with my nails and spent so much time helping me decide on the perfect mix of colours, putting so much extra into my appointment and putting me and my happiness first. So many other places would charge extra for using more colours but she is so generous and kind. My nails looked the best they have ever looked and she is the first nail technician to not hurt my toes! So gentle and professional and literally 2 weeks later my nails are still 100% perfect. Such an amazing lady and the best salon I recommend above anyone else in London!! Had the best chats too i would give 20 stars if I could. Go go go!!
