2.5 stars. I went in for a full set and the shape was horrible (I am really fussy about shape but it was bad and chunky by anyone’s standards) the design was done well but I just didn’t like it and the tech made no real effort to make sure that I was happy even when I vocalised that I didn’t like it. I agree with other reviews state that it feels like they don’t want the service. I cut them down and reshaped them myself 2 hours after. Salon is very pretty but I wouldn’t go here again

Great place for nails, manicure, pedicure, shellac, sns and acrylics. Always easy to get a walk in appointment, and fairly priced.

Customer service was non existent. Felt like the staff didnt want service. The guy who did my nails didn't say hello, no smile, looked very annoyed to be honest most of the time doing my nails . Will never go back.

Got a shellac manicure - very neat but the quality of the nail polish was very poor. She didn’t let them cure for very long and I left with them feeling sticky and soft rather than hard and shiny as you would a normal gel manicure.

Broke a nail and only came to fix it.. biggest mistake.. they are rude, they don’t see customers as 1st come and 1st serve .. I waited whilst having to see others who arrived after me be served.. I was told that my one broken nail could only be fixed by one person.. I won’t be back!

Awful. Got SNS nails done and it began to chip within a few days. Not to mention my skin was peeling on all of my fingers because they butchered my cuticles. AVOID.
