Exceptional! I have struggled with finding a good pedicure in SW and this place didn’t disappoint. But Musayeva was the one that made my experience amazing, she did a very thorough job of cleaning the nails properly (on the sides, underneath, …), asking me throughout the appointment how I like it done, and giving me a really good scrub of my feet. I can’t go over how they feel, like I bought a new pair of it!

I had a very upsetting experience with BeautyPac.

I had prepaid £20 via Treatwell for a BIAB removal, which is a very simple service. I arrived at the salon location using Google Maps. Due to scaffolding covering the shopfront, I could not clearly see the name of the business. I entered what I believed was the salon, explained that I had a booking, and the staff there (now called Unisex Hair Salon) confirmed that I had an appointment and sat me down. I also explained that I had prepaid via Treatwell, which they acknowledged.

When I attempted to leave, three members of staff told me I could not leave because I “hadn’t paid” and insisted I transfer money via online banking. Despite repeatedly explaining that I had already paid, it was then revealed that this salon was not BeautyPac. At that point, I paid simply because I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave the situation.

I then walked down the road to BeautyPac in the rain and cold and rang the buzzer multiple times before being told the entrance was around the corner. When I finally got inside, I explained exactly why I had missed my appointment. The woman at the front desk insisted she had called me and said I must have entered the wrong number on Treatwell. I immediately checked the app and confirmed that my phone number was correct.

I asked if she could put in writing what had happened so I could explain the situation to Treatwell. She refused and said there was nothing they could do. Despite explaining how distressing and unsettling the situation had been, I was met with no empathy. I was told I shouldn’t have paid the other salon and that they couldn’t (her words) “hold you hostage.”

After what was already a very uncomfortable experience, the lack of understanding, compassion, or willingness to help from BeautyPac made it worse. I was made to feel as though the entire situation was my fault, despite having prepaid, followed the location provided, and genuinely tried to resolve the issue.

Overall, this was a deeply disappointing and distressing experience.

I had a wonderful experience at BeautyPac in Brixton, where I enjoyed both a pedicure and a deep-tissue massage. Everything started right on time, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

The pedicure was excellent — very thorough, careful, and professionally done. Great attention was given to detail, and I felt completely relaxed and well cared for throughout the treatment.

After that, I had a full 55-minute deep-tissue massage in a heated massage room with relaxing music. The massage was strong, effective, and deeply relaxing, exactly what I needed.

The staff were highly professional and attentive throughout my visit. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would definitely return and highly recommend BeautyPac to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience.
