I would like to start this review off by saying that this is my local nail salon and every time I’ve come here I’ve left feeling like the service wasn’t the best. The owners are friendly however this doesn’t excuse the poor service that I received yesterday. I paid for a french tip pedicure. Everything was fine until she started painting my toes without even shaping the nails?!! This led to the tops being wonky and uneven, this is very standard in any sort of nail treatment/ service you receive. She also filed down the surface of my toes excessively which I don’t appreciate as it wasn’t need for a regular polish pedi. She applied very thick layers of polish on to the nails, leading the nails not to dry properly. I was sat in this shop from 4:30 till closing and was rushed out at 7 on the dot. My feet were under the fan for at least an hour and a half or more. It’s the next day and my nails have smudged so much beyond the point of repair. I am so extremely disappointed as I often do my toes myself and never experience this problem. I would’ve gone back to the salon to get them fixed but I know it would be the same problem again and judging from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like I would have a fair response from them. You are a nail salon, please learn how to accommodate to everyone’s needs and provide longevity for WHATEVER type of nail products you use to create the sets that people ask for. A regular polish pedicure shouldn’t be this much hassle. I won’t ever waste my money here again. A £35 pedi didn’t even last 24 hours.

I have been using this shop for my pedicure for a few years now. Very friendly and always do a good job on my feet. Would definitely recommend.

I had the worst experience at this salon with pedicure procedure. Nail technician was very rude, because as she said I was picking between too many colors (it was 2 colors) and for her it was time consuming even we were only at the beginning of pedicure procedure. Then she cured one nail with hair on it and said that she will take it later with file. Strange. At the end when all nails was cured she again filed all end of nails and same day I lost half of my toe nails. 43£ for this experience, never coming back again

This salon should literally be closed down asap. The filthiest place I’ve ever seen, no hygiene standards whatsoever. They use the same clippers etc for everyone without disinfecting it. There were rat traps behind the pedi chairs when I walked in and long and behold a rat came into the salon through a hole in the wall. They still charged me for the pedi!

I went and had a file and polish which cost £15 and I smudged a nail, my fault, I went back to get it touched up I apologised to her and even offered to pay. The response I received was a face like thunder and she said, I believe it was the owner, that it's not about paying but I was her first customer and I begin her day like that. She reluctantly redone it which took all of 2 minutes. But her attitude was rude there's no custoner service at all. Plus she is overpriced for something that doesn't even look nice or professional. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money, so not worth it!!!! To top it all she charges £3 extra for the cost of heating. I have never heard or seen such a thing. She will NEVER get my custom again. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS.

Not only was the customer service disgusting, the people at the other nail salon I had to go to on the same day told me my nails are likely to fall off within the week because they’re so badly done. There’s a salon down the road that charges less and is significantly better.

I normally don’t put bad reviews but I felt so insulted in this place when I went there actually they lady was super friendly and polite talking to me a lot laughing I left the place happy
but after less than a week I’ve realised the lady lie to me because she said my nails will last for long and she’ll make sure it will be fine ,I told her I work a lot with my hands and she said she understood and that she always do this to other people,when I realised in that same week my nails start to come off i was so disappointed,I work with costumers and I’ll never lie like that if I know I’m not giving a good service so I felt so stupid after, my nails are broken now they look terrible and she charge me 25£ For it

I had a pedicure done by the daughter who put on about 15 layers. It then didn't try properly due to all the layers and smudged when I left. I returned to the shop to be spoken to very rudely by the manager who insisted her daughter did my nails properly and like the other reviews, was very rude and defensive. She was basically blaming me for walking! Lol. Anyways, I haven't been back since, it was more upsetting and embarrassing because she spoke to me like rubbish infront of other customers. I had 2been a loyal customer since day one and I mean literally the day her shop opened anyways another customer lost!
