Google I wanted to come on here and say the amazing experience I had at Jen’s parlour from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed , the atmosphere in the shop was excellent and clean . The service was top notch . I loved my nails it was exactly what I asked for .The nail retention was amazing it had lasted me for over 4 weeks .

Google Biab was the worst I ever had the shape was awful and a waste of money the only reason I went was my usual nail shop was busy but I managed to get a place with them I grew my nails out and I had to cut them down because the shape was so bad never going again

Google I went to this salon to get my birthday nails done after seeing good reviews, but unfortunately my experience was only so-so. From looking more closely at the reviews afterwards, it seems the consistently good results are mainly with the owner.
I had acrylics done by the guy nail tech and the quality just wasn’t there. The nails were extremely thick, and while a very simple design might be okay, anything more detailed was a complete fail. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
It was also very difficult to get an appointment. I tried calling and messaging via Instagram but couldn’t get through, so I ended up doing a walk-in.
I’m sure you’d get a great set if you book with Jen, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t say this salon is consistent, and overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Google I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. They look classy, neat, and very well shaped. The finish is flawless and exactly what I wanted.
The salon has a lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. The staff were kind, patient, and very skilled. Everything was done with care and attention.
Great experience overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

Google I absolutely love my nails. The shape and colour are perfect, very elegant and natural. They look clean, smooth, and beautifully done.
The shop is really nice, clean, and welcoming. The service was amazing, very professional, friendly, and careful with every detail. I felt comfortable the whole time.
I am very happy with the result and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Google I've got pedicure and pedicure. It was a terrible job and he had rush while working. Moreover, His behaviour is tremendous but his work is so poor. He didn’t cut my nail well. My £40 is wasted

We would like to clarify that on the day, after your pedicure, you requested for a manicure as well. If there had been any concerns with our service, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them at the time. As you requested a whole different service after your first, we believed you were happy & that’s why you wanted another service.
Please note, the amount of work required during a pedicure & manicure service
Can vary depending on the level of cuticle & dead skin present, which may result in shorter or longer service time.
As all clients have different preferences,
we encourage clients to let us know if they are unhappy at any point during the service.
At your time of the service, it was very quiet & there were no other clients in the salon thus, we believe your service was definitely not rushed.
