I’m left questioning the qualifications and experience of the nail technicians, as there were no certificates or credentials displayed. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The cuticle work was poor (non-existent) , and the product application was thick, uneven, and messy. The file bits used did not come out of a sterilised packet so I suspect they are re-used on several clients... cross contamination is real. When I asked for corrections, the technician seemed dismissive, and it became clear the issues couldn’t be properly fixed by her.

If you’re after a quick, very basic service, this Tila Nails may suffice. However, if you’re looking for a high standard of work, particularly a professional e-file Russian manicure this is not the place.

Tila’s just really good at what she does. Clean work, takes her time, and actually listens so you get what you asked for.
The service is solid too, she makes you feel comfortable and never rushes. My nails always last longer than they should.
I’d recommend her if you want someone reliable.

The team work with you to make sure you have the nails you want and check in throughout to make sure you’re happy with how they’re looking. Also love that you can book in advance.
