Unfortunately won’t be coming back, I’ve been about 5 times now, they will charge £40 for gel set + removal even if you had your previous set done there, and don’t offer any sort of loyalty scheme, so there’s no incentive for my repeat custom.

£40 for a rush job gel manicure without any cuticle treatment is not worth it, IMO.

It’s unfortunate because it is a very sweet salon and looking at the instagram, the nail techs are very talented at their design sets.

I'm a repeat customer at Oh Fleurs! I regularly get biab with nail art and the team are so helpful with the design process and choosing the perfect colours.
It always feels like I'm getting the VIP treatment!
Highly recommend everyone here.
The salon is vibrant, colourful and brings me so much joy everytime I walk in!

Have been coming here for a few months now but pretty disappointed with my most recent experience.

My latest gel manicure came out thick, lumpy at the ends
and uneven - a noticeably poor standard compared to their usual work. When I raised this, the salon focused entirely on the 72-hour policy window rather than acknowledging the quality issue. I never complained about chipping; this was an application concern, which is a different matter entirely.

As a regular customer, I’d hoped for a more understanding response. Instead I was offered only a “touch-up”, and they wouldn't be able to redo them. Really disappointing from a salon I’ve always rated highly and recommended to others

Never had a manicure here but went in this morning to ask for help because I was distressed and lost. The rudest man told me he didn't know where I was looking for, and even if he did he was very busy and I was disturbing him. Practically shooed me out of the shop. Angel Tech next door were amazingly helpful.

Probably wouldn’t return, the person doing my nails felt really rushed & didn’t really put much effort into the cat eye design, at first glance they seemed okay but actually the overall finish was poor like why are the edges so thick and the nails so misshapen lol

I’ve been meaning to make this review for ages but every time I get to it I’m at a loss for words to describe how much I love this place!!

For context: I used to live in New York and for over 5 years I was extremely loyal to my local nail salon where I got to know many of the technicians (shout out Local Honey in Bushwick, BK). So when I moved to London last summer I was worried I wouldn’t find a similar spot until I came across Oh Fleurs! on Instagram… and I haven’t been to any other salon since.

I usually get a gel manicure with moderate nail art and a gel pedicure for ~£115 all-inclusive which I find extremely reasonable, especially as I’ve had excellent service every time with each of the different technicians. Mostly I’m impressed with their skill and efficiency — they’ve always done their best to match the art inspo I bring and are always super accommodating with requests and changes. When I’ve had time constraints they always finish the service in a timely manner with utmost attentiveness without me even asking! I’ve also recommended this spot to a few friends who have also had great experiences without me present (no favoritism, just good customer service). Last I have to sing the manager’s praises, she is sooo lovely and so interesting and a total pleasure to speak with and do business with. Every time I leave here i feel pampered, my nails look gorgeous and I get so many compliments!

I’m so obsessed with my biab nail extensions! The shape, length, and finish are absolutely flawless. Sab truly went above and beyond to create a beautiful design for my birthday nails — I came out of the salon with an even better nail design than I imagined.

For every nail appointment, the care, customer service, and attention to detail are always amazing. I feel completely looked after throughout the appointment, and the nail artists always take their time to make sure every nail is perfect. The whole experience is just as beautiful as the final result.

I’ve already had so many compliments on my nails! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love coming here, the attention to detail is always amazing. Every appointment feels thoughtful and unhurried, and they really take pride in their work.

They’ve been very flexible with timing, and booking is easy either by phone or Instagram. I really appreciate that they always explain what’s possible and are honest about what will work best for your nails.

It’s cash only, which is good to know, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I actually still travel up from South East London even after moving, because it’s genuinely worth it every time. Highly recommend.

I called the salon after messaging on Instagram for pricing, but I didn’t get a reply. Over the phone, a staff member gave me an email address, but I struggled to understand the spelling due to his accent, so I had to call back a few times to confirm it. He seemed annoyed, and I never heard back, so you’ve lost a customer!
