There is one particular nail tech who was creepy on my last visit in July - he painted love hearts on my hands, played with my jewellery, and asked me out multiple times. I felt like I wasn’t able to ask him to stop, so had to endure this for the whole appointment. When I told him I wasn’t interested in him, he told me to break up with my boyfriend. I felt like he’d also asked to do my nails, as he swapped with another colleague a few minutes into my appointment. I recently went to a different salon and mentioned this experience, and they said unfortunately they’ve heard this from many other women. This man shouldn’t be doing people’s nails, and I’ll never return here.

The nail technician who did my BIAB extensions was incredibly rude and careless. I asked her to shorten and re do one of the extensions as it was completely crooked and she said no. She also was very reckless with the UV light and burned my finger. Another colleague had to take over without me asking because she couldn’t fix the nails. He was amazing - very helpful, happy to fix her mistakes. But the customer service and poor quality from the initial nail artist ruined my experience

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure here after 3 months of bare nails to give shellac a rest. 2.5 wks later went to a different salon and had it removed to find I’ve now developed a fungal nail infection where there was none 2.5 wks ago. Clearly some equipment was not clean - no other reason for it. I did think the young guy doing my nails was rushing and I had to ask him to slow down and be less ‘strong’ with the electric file. Never had this before in 20 yrs of having my nails done.

Came here for the first time today and absolutely love it. Lovely salon with lots of room and great interiors. Nails were not only done very well but also quickly which I LOVE! They have a lovely lady that does waxing which is great.

Honestly every single time I go here and get one particular man the whole experience is so anxiety driven and stressful. He rushes as fast as he can, filing the nails so hard and fast and gets annoyed when you can’t relax your hand. Also zero attention to detail of what your nail needs just slaps the gel on as quick as he can despite informing of arched nail beds etc. Cut skin due to filing so hard and quick. Whole experience just so stressful and you can feel his stress. I doubt I’ll go back due to not being able to choose who you get as I don’t want to go through that experience every time I get my nails done. Also paying the same price for this service.

Tony did a wonderful job with a pretty intricate request! He was very patient and made sure I was happy with every single colour added 😄
