Since my last review was deleted as the salon is trying to cover up what they did I’m reposting it.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how horrendous my experience at this salon was. I had my hair done by Oleksandra Raham, and she caused severe damage. I left the salon with bright orange hair – large, patchy, impossible-to-fix chunks of orange that I now have to live with for months. It’s been over 6 months now and no qualified hairdresser has been able to fix it because of how badly it was done & it caused a lot of damage broken hair in half split ends you name it… my beautiful blonde hair was damaged for years which might never come back and this unfortunately sent me to therapy due to the emotional distress it caused.

And what did I get told when I pointed it out after the appointment with Oleksandra? “Now all that’s left is to pray to God.” A very professional advice.. And then she actually told me to go to a different salon to get it fixed- just 3 days before NYE. The audacity.

It’s absolutely outrageous that a salon would hire someone so unqualified and then do nothing to fix the situation properly. I was promised the repair and my next appointment would be covered – which didn’t happen. Apparently, I “waited too long” and „at least I got some hair done even if they are orange”? As if I had a choice when no professional could even touch my hair for the first two months because of the damage. When I followed up, I was told a hair mask was enough compensation. Which felt like an insult given the extent of the damage.

I’m furious I had to go through this because of someone’s complete incompetence, and the salon clearly doesn’t care. Whether Oleksandra was an employee or a freelancer, she was recommended by the owner of the salon and working within the salon. I believe that reflects poorly on the management’s hiring and accountability practices.

I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions. This was a distressing experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I hope the salon takes more responsibility in the future. Save your money, your hair, and your health – go literally anywhere else.

Edit: It’s now been over a year nobody was ever able to get out the orange tint from my hair that was mistaken with bleach/toner. My hair has been damaged forever and I have spent a lot of money on therapy due to it.

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday.
And would absolutely recommend going to anyone.
Olga was wonderful. So friendly and made me feel so special and relaxed.
(I don't normally enjoy going to salons - so this is a real plus for me!)
Her nail skills are incredible. I had BIAB done - my nails have never looked better!
I am a gardener for work, so they are usually very dry and neglected but Olga fixed this and they are beautiful - she took such good care of them and has inspired me to keep them looking lovely, not just for holidays.

I just want to share a review of one happy customer🤩I've been doing manicures and pedicures in a Kyiv salon for a while now. Since I found nail technician Olga I never looked for another one! She is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about nails! My manicure is two weeks old now but still looks amazing and pedicures last forever! Really good service and I trust my nails 100% to Olga! I highly recommend and will be back again soon! Thank you 🤗❤️

Amazing service. Olga puts so much effort into her work. She pays attention to details and does such a perfect job. I got my nails and brows done. Very happy with both. Very reasonably priced. I will keep returning to this salon.
