Dear Janet,

I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful experience. I had a Japanese hair treatment (Momo technique) done by you, and it was my first time. I really enjoyed the whole process and I appreciated your work and care throughout.

The steps were done as follows: first, my hair was washed, then the first straightening cream was applied carefully throughout my hair, which took some time. After that, it was washed out and blow-dried section by section. Then the hair was straightened using a flat iron, and the process was repeated again before washing and completing the rest of the treatment. The whole process took about four and a half hours.

It was a very good experience for me. I did feel a little discomfort, but it was manageable as I have a sensitive scalp. I also really appreciate the privacy you provided, as I wear hijab. You kindly closed the salon door during the treatment to make me feel comfortable, and that meant a lot to me.

Thank you again for your professionalism and care. I would definitely recommend you to others, especially because of the attention to privacy and support you provide.

Ella is very profession and is the best hairdresser I have had ever so I won't be going anywhere else for my hair appointments after today! I have curly long hair and after a steam treatment and blow dry my hair looked totally transformed.Ella was lovely and had loads of hair advice and really knows what she is doing with damaged hair.Thanks Ella,I love my hair!😘
