Firstly, me and my friend came to get our nails done yesterday (13/12/25). I went first picked my colours and base colour , turned out wonky and un even the man was very rough and cut my fingers. Then my friend got hers done and was not impressed as they were not the size and shape she had asked and shown to the women. They were a complete disgrace. 2 had came of as we where in the shop 10 minutes later. We were not impressed as we had been here many times before, we do not recommend and definitely won’t be going back. My friend feels that a refund is needed and was very unhappy and had cut fingers as well as me. 1 hour later all her nails had snapped do not go here. We had to book another appointment with childwall nails and spa which is based in Childwall five ways. Because of the way my friends looked and how painful they were is not right as we paid 38£ each. It has been a few ours now and my fingers are in agony. I will not be going here again and recommend you don’t. And my friend will be ringing up tomorrow. The staff member that did my nails had kept shouting at me and ragging my arm which I did not find pleasant. Childwall nails & spa was amazing 🤩. My friends member of staff had been coughing on her in the Allerton nails & spa. Thank you for your time for reading this..

Really awful experience here with David. Managed to take off a set of toes & put a new set on in 9 minutes. Took no care, didn’t not even file my nails. Felt rushed & uncomfortable from the minute I entered, sniggering and laughing in their own language. Wouldn’t recommend

No appointments and cash only. Consequently there was a bit of a wait but there is also a cash machine next door. Nails look lovely and achieved quite quickly. Not a bad price at £30 for Acrylics.

My first time at allerton nails and spa. Decided to get my nails done for new years Paid a huge amount for my nails which I didn't agree on the amount being charged. The guy did an okay job. Don't think I'll return anytime soon though.

My first time to Allerton nails & Spa and the service was brilliant. Staff are really friendly as well as the customers.
Absolutely loved mine and my daughters nails. We are definitely going to become regulars.

Great nails , best I’ve had in years ! Switched to dip gel it’s the best thing I’ve ever tried ....
The man who did my nails was a perfectionist my nails are perfect and they have lasted.
I will be going back regularly in future

Had a pedicure one day ago, polish has chipped already now it is my toes I understand but I can do my own gels and it last a month without a single chip and I’ve noticed part of my nail just haven’t even been painted and I still have some dry skin on my heels and toes. Not the best experience a day after having a full pedicure done
