Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my first experience at joyce nails. The lady working here is very lovely however - £20 for varnish with not foot scrub, no cuticle removal, No foot soak … literally morning, is a rip off. Cardboard thrown on the floor, door grab, nails painted and within 5 minutes it was done.
Hand my nails done too … £40 again and they didn’t do the cuticles, didn’t treat the nail, stuck on wonky … again over priced and under serviced
Such a shame I was looking forward to getting them down for my 40th but won’t be going there again

Competitive prices, clean and fast... I was in and out of the nail salon within 30mins... I asked for shellac nails or something that would last long, the lady recommended acrylic.. they are beautiful, not something I would normally go for but perfect for lasting a long time with worrying about chipping/peeling.

I love this nail salon. They’re so quick and like the clients nails to look perfect before they leave. The prices are competitive too. Staff are lovely. I can’t praise this salon enough.

Honestly the most welcoming nail shop I’ve ever been! They make you feel right at home! They are so polite and will always go out there way to make you as happy as they can… I will never go anywhere else for my nails now❣️

So upset, I treated myself to gel nails for a job interview and wedding i had coming up but they were chipping by the next day. Tried to pop in a few times for removal but always busy. Finally got them removed two weeks after the manicure, they looked a state, and the lady could see the gel hadn't stuck well. I didnt even expect to get charged to be honest as it had been such poor quality. She blamed me for not looking after them properly.

Then she says its £5, and cash only, I only had £4 or joked that I had 10euro. She refused to let me leave and wouldn't accept £4, in the end she made me give her my 10 euro note, which I could get back if I came back with fiver. I had a crying baby in the buggy and it was raining so needless to say I didnt go on a cash getting mission and left her with basically a tenner. I'm genuinely upset, I hate confrontation, and just horrible service. Really poor all round.
