Got a cream for eczema turned to be not the correct one asked to replace with correct one told cannot here need to be in a pharmacy even thought it is a boots product. Asked refund told cannot refund healthcare products eventhough receipt says return with 14 days. So it is not a pharmacy and sell healthcare products. Strange

I don't know what's wrong with this Boots, shelves always look empty, with just one cashier around most of the time. Went in today, there was confusion on the price of one of the item, asked for help to double check, the staff who I spoke to was so rude, made me feel like it was my mistake, I would never expect service like this from a big brand like Boots. Disappointing!

Very disappointed by middle-agesd Sales Assistant with shoulder length black hair. No smile of welcome from her, nothing. I asked to smell the Dior perfumes. There were only 3, and I didn't feel that any of them smelled particularly nice, special or was worth its price. I was about to ask what other perfumes she could recommend but she no intention of doing so or even of listening to me. I was already "dismissed" and she was already returning to her desk where she had apparently more interesting work to do, flicking through the handwritten pages of a black book. Needless to say, I won't be using this shop again.

Went to edge lane boots to buy a gift for someone yesterday around 6:30 ish and the girl that was serving me was serving an English lady in front of me and she voluntarily offered a gift box and a gift bag and said it’s free with a nice tone. Once it was my turn there was no please, thanks or even a slight smile. She just said how much it was and took the money, not one bit of politeness. As my mum was attending the same party she also went to boots to buy a perfume and when she asked for something nice to put the perfume in the staff just said she didn’t have any since it was a different brand but clearly there was boots gift bags under the counter. I took my mum and went to another lady and she gave us a nice box. Disgusting service and clearly felt like it was a bit of racism. She can offer the bags to a white lady without her asking but refuses to give it to us. We are paying for the things we are buying so we would expect the same respect as anyone else would get. I don’t know how big companies like this offer these horrible people jobs and ruin their reputation. I would be officially making a complaint if I ever go there again. I just cannot accept this king of behaviour in public place like this. Very disappointed at how we still get treating in places like this. She was a young girl with dark brown hair in a bun, she finished her shift just before we went back int the store to get a gift box. Please train your staff properly to teach them how to treat everyone the same, at the end of the day we are all humans. It’s about making your customers feel respected.

Went in here today for perfume for my granddaughter.the bloke who served me was Rude,Misrable.not at all helpfully.dont think he wanted to be there.certainty didnt have a clue..l would have just walked out but needed it..l won't be shopping in there again.Liverpool town centre boots our so helpfull&pleasant

This Boots has nothing you want but, don’t worry, they have a more expensive alternative for you which is conceptually similar but, ultimately, not what you wanted.

Once you’ve perused the aisles for some ‘That’ll have to do’ products; you can then experience the ‘Payment Phase’ of this Boots based social experiment.

Your mental fortitude will be tested as you battle with the self service checkouts where the attendant disappears for several minutes at a time.
You’ve never had to work this hard to give away your money.

Honourable mention to the one cashier who has absolutely no time for accommodating a language barrier and will quite openly roll her eyes at you behind the backs of the poor couple she is yelling at in the hope that volume transcends language.

Boots edge lane awful ! So rude the staff are unhelpful! But there is one young girl who will go above and beyond . The older staff really awful ! Dont know which is worst boots or superdrug. No it's definitely boots I swear the people in there are unreal , absolutely awful shop , only go in when I desperately know what I need x
