Got a gel pedicure here and the polish isn’t very shiny ( it looks matte) and they reuse toe separators which is unhygienic. Only go if you’re desperate. Otherwise honey nails is much better

I went to get my biab nails off they were not soaked off but completely filled down within 5 minutes, during this time the lad doing it cut me several times and my nails are now damaged and painful since not soaked. All staff seemed very friendly and venue was clean but very unhappy with my experience and damage to nails

My first time visiting this salon for a pedicure.

I do spa pedicures frequently and just recently moved down here and decided to give this salon a try. My overall opinion from here is that there are salons that will provide a better service for the price you are paying.

It is supposed to be a ‘spa’ pedicure, but from my understanding, in this salon, this is only because they put your foot in warm water with a blue light..

They do not do any proper cuticle work, scrubs, masks, foot massages, and do not use the oil and cream appropriately.

The man only used a tiny amount of callus softener, and another gel with a strong tangerine smell before using the foot file and stone on specific areas of the feet, not on the whole foot.

He rubbed the cream on my leg and slapped it (literally) in on the top of my legs, before proceeding to put oil on my toes and not rubbing it in..

My experience here felt like I was paying for a treatment that should have costed £10 maybe £15, not £37. It felt like they were trying to be very frugal with the amount of product they used.

Granted, the paint work was okay. It was a little messy and I did have to prompt him to straighten one of the nails and clean up the polish a little but after that it was fine.

In comparison to other salons, this one is not by any means a salon that provides luxurious services and the prices they are charging do not meet the quality that you would expect. Not super happy with the experience and unfortunately I won’t be returning here.

On a side note, I messaged their instagram page and was quoted a different price. I would be careful with this and would recommend asking for a price prior to getting anything done here as I have also seen a few other reviews regarding differing pricing.

Reading through the comments and from my experience, it’s clear that one female technician needs further training, she is actually causing injury and harm to clients.
My experience is I’ve been 5+ times for BIAB, when done by the gentlemen my nails have maintained health and have not snapped. 3 days after having them done by the female technician 3 of them snapped. On my last visit, the female nail technician swapped mid set to take care of another client, then came back to me, using the same tools on her that she did with me with no hygiene steps in between such as sanitising or hand washing.
Additionally, they will also make up the price when you come to pay - I have paid from £50-75 for the same service. Last time I requested red for my toes and they produced a colour board (a girl previously asked if this was more expensive, they said no), when I went to pay they advised me the red was extra so I had to remind them of the conversation I witnessed in the same hour.

I have been going to L3 for months and love that a set of acrylics lasts up to 4 weeks. It’s clean and everyone is super friendly. However, the past few times I’ve been, they have absolutely destroyed my cuticles and fingers with the drill and nail file. It’s incredibly painful and my fingers feel battered. They do a great job but the pain makes it questionable whether it’s worth it. The photos below are from 3 days after my manicure.

I went to remove my hard gel + extensions. Overall positive experience and I informed my nail tech that I had sensitive nails beforehand. She was careful and asked me often if it was alright. I appreciate the extra care that was taken although there are some parts of my nails that still mild tenderness on pressing and small red patches (which should dissapear in time hopefully).
