Google I booked and paid upfront for a sunday appointment, only day I could do due to work and stuff , I got an email at midnight the night before to say it was cancelled and I would get my refund in 3-5 days ! Very unprofessional

Google Have just received an email notification from treatwell informing me they’ve had to cancel my appointment that I’ve paid for up front! This appointment was booked from last week! As I have a night out this evening! Very unprofessional, not pleased at all! And now I have to wait for my refund and hope to get a last minute hair appointment else where! Never again! Highly Not recommended! In capital’s!

Google So so disappointed, had a night out today and wanted to have a trim and a blow dry,
I was on my way to the hair salon literally round the corner and opened my emails to find it was cancelled a 30 mins before my app! They also blocked my number when I tried to call to find what’s happened

Google Booked one appointment, it was cancelled. Booked another and prepaid and this was also cancelled only 1 hour before I was due to go.
I advise you do not book as very unreliable.
