Overall Nails design was messy and I was concerned about hygiene. After soaking my nails, the used acetone was poured back into the main bottle. I don’t think this is good practice and it made me uncomfortable. I hope the salon improves its cleanliness standards.

I came here for a take off and left with burning nail beds because they filed my nails too much! They’ve been red and hurting for a week and the nails were left without the thicker layer, so they’re thin, weak and transparent. I have to wait a month or two to grow them back into my regular nails before I can get acrylics or BIOB again

Would not recommend this salon. I had BIAB and only one coat (slip coat) applied. Corners on both thumbs chipped after only two days and surface of one nail was not cured correctly, leading to bubbling and peeling of the nail colour. Had to request nails shaped appropriately after one was left wonky. No cuticle oil applied either.

Absolutely awfull Customer service would never return, i had my nails done a week later 1 fell off went back for a infill told me he didnt no the colour he put on and threw loads off colours at me even lady on next seat said how horrible he was i can totally understand the Negative reviews.

honestly the staff are horrible I went through 3 nails techs within 10 minutes one of the girl who was in the middle of my nails was argueing on the phone then stood up and shouted then a other man came and done them he was the worse I asked them for longer and he just cut them without asking me what length I wanted and he was on the phone to and didn’t tell me what to do and kept smacking my hand with the file when I didn’t move my hand because he didn’t ask me to and I’ve got quite short natural nails but any other time I get them done there always long and thick so I know my nails aren’t the problem so all I can say do not go here and they look like there about to pop off

I had a really bad experience with this salon’s pedicure service. Unfortunately, the quality was nothing like the photos and advertisements they show. The place was dirty and didn’t feel hygienic at all.

The pedicure took barely around 30 minutes, which is definitely not enough for a proper service—even with shellac. And the worst part is that just a few days later, two of my toenails are already chipped while I’m writing this review!

I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my nails. The two guys that did my nails were amazing, I was impressed by the dedication in shaping my nails all evenly and the attention to details when it came to the design. For the first time I was so glad to have a French done in the proper way. Thank you so much, I’ll surely come back again 🙌🏼

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Very obvious that they don’t like their job. The male doing my nail prep cut my cuticles so badly during the nail prep, that he had my blood on his hands and had to use a liquid to stop the bleeding. I worried I would get an infection. Had difficulty sticking one of the tips on my nail and was repeatedly huffing and puffing and threw the nail on the floor which made me uncomfortable. Didn’t clean the nail properly when there was blood and residue from the blue liquid all over the base. Over 2 weeks on, my cuticles are still scabbed and have been pushed so far back. He simply said ‘sorry’ while continuing to damage and rip the skin off my fingers. Then had the cheek to not even discount the price, still cost me £35 which I understand is a standard price for acrylics but after this experience I should not have been expected to pay full price. I knew he didn’t need to cut my cuticles any further but he just kept going and going, at one point I genuinely questioned whether he was doing it deliberately. I held off doing a bad review but 2 weeks on, my fingers are still not healed.

**UPDATE** Just an hour after writing this review, my natural nail has come off with the acrylic attached. And has been heavily bleeding. This was due to the male who prepped my nails, cutting the cuticles far too much meaning the whole nail bed was exposed and so when the acrylic has come off, my natural nail has come off with it.
