DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SCAMMED ME!! Got Biab about two weeks back on 6 months growth to maintain nails and they told me initially don’t get Biab acrylic is better for your nails (when it isn’t) and shaved down my nail bed completely to apply ‘BIAB’. Charged me for the Biab price too full. Then came to my routine nail salon for take off and they let me know it wasn’t BIAB but in fact acrylic that was incredibly difficult to remove and has ruined my nail beds for the next few months. Nail polish also didn’t stay on either. My nails are now brittle and weak. Absolutely horrific. Also the hygiene at the place isn’t the best either - no cleaning of tools or hand cream or full nail care.

amazing service I got medium length stiletto nails and the price was amazing. the person doing my nails did an amazing job at the design. they even changed my phone for me. definitely going again!!

Been going since they opened, the manager used to be there and also do nails, I have never had a problem but last 2 times my nails have split and broke after a week, I tried to explaine the problem but the language barrier is terrible, I was expecting to have my nails redone for free but was asked to pay full price again, and now again after a week one of my nails have broken, I think this should be repaired for free but the staff don't understand, can the manager get back to me on this please.

Spectacular service, incredible people, excellent service, captivating joy, and perfect service. As soon as I saw the ad on the website, I saw a picture of a white and pink gel nail and decided to get it done. I imagined it would look good, but it turned out wonderfully perfect. I returned today after a week for maintenance and massage services with a pedicure. I highly recommend it!

First time being with Anna salon, was a very nice experience! Everything was great, staff, hygiene, their job on my nails and they also provided a voucher+free gift which was very nice and gorgeous. The price was also reasonable. Will be back soon

The prices are good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. I was told there would only be a 10-minute wait, yet I ended up waiting an hour before being seen. The technician was rushing as she was working alone while the other two staff members left, and she didn’t check with me whether I was happy with what she was doing.

I asked several times for my nails to be shortened, for more polka dots on one nail, and for the tip lines to be thicker, but each time she huffed under her mask and rolled her eyes as though it was an inconvenience. This made me feel so uncomfortable, especially as I was simply asking for the design I wanted. In the end, the nails didn’t look like the picture I showed her, and the overall experience felt rushed and unprofessional.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think it’s important to highlight both the positives and negatives—while the price is good, the service and attitude need serious improvement
