Google Came in for an infill. The man was rude and unhappy. Tutting and me and huffing and puffing. Not even 2 hours later my nail has fell off
Owner Response:
Hi Farty Party,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We take all customer feedback seriously and always aim to provide a friendly and professional service to every customer.
We are a little concerned by your review, as we have spoken with our staffs today and no issue or complaints were reported during the day. To help us investigate this property, could you please let us know what time you visited the salon and which staff member carried out your infill appointments.
We would also be happy to inspect and fix the nail that came off for you. Please contact 07453263022 directly. we can resolve this matter professionally
