First time here & wont be the last, came on recommendation & wasn’t disappointed, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, the pedicure was the best I have ever had with little extra touches that made it special, my infil was completely what I asked for & the salon clean & bright … thank you keep up the good work

I visited today & this will be the last time! I constantly ask for the Lady to do my nails 💅 And even if I have to wait (and happy to do so) The Lady only did the Nail Art which was Beautiful ♥️ However I never realised as my Eyes were streaming due to cold weather 😢 EVERY NAIL IS A DIFFERENT LENGTH & SHAPE 😡 Going On Holiday Thursday Eve & No Time To Go Back 🙃 But I Am Fuming After My Close Inspection 😡 As I have mentioned to the Lady my Nails were not correct lengths in the past 😢 I have got pics and customers you would be appalled 😢 Sent to 6 of your customers from me Family Nails & you have lost them now as customers as I have constantly only asked for the Lady 😢 Sorry Lovely Lady 😘 But your man is Absolutely 💯 Terrible 😢 And happened too many times 😢

If i could leave a 0 i would!
First time getting a pedicure from this shop i got an infection in my foot that required a hospital trip and a weeks course of antibiotics .
Thought ide give Family Nails another chance so i i went for a pedicure and biab fingurs today (they told me no to biab so had to get acrilics fingernails with no tip might i add)
and before he even started on the pedicure i watched him get used dirty gloves of the top of the bin, turn them the right way as when you remove singal use gloves they go inside out and procided to put them on his hands. Only when i told him thats discusting then did he change them to new ones out of a box (

Also over charged me £10 for “designs” on my nails when there very cleary isnt any designs as you can see from the picture!
£80 they charged me for ombré fingurs & white toes🤦🏻‍♀️ disgusting trampy shop which i will not be returning to or recommending to anyone!

THE BEST! Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else, their salons are always clean, the manicure is always done to my expectations, I am definitely a fussy client but they deal with me with at most patience and are always so friendly and welcoming!

I am not reviewing manicure.
My visit was to do toe nails.
It is busy environment which is positive as feels like they are high in demand.
Considering it was a walk in I didn't have to wait long.
Men are doing pedicure. My pedicure including spa treatment was done is just over 1 hour. Very impressive. However, i don't think they know what they're doing. My child could have painted my nails better. It looks awful. Very amateurish work.
I gave two stars only because of how hard they were trying to fulfil customer expectations. They even put my socks back on after pedicure. I would not return. Sorry , but males need much more training. Awful work!

Very friendly people, salon is clean and have plenty of designs and colour ro choose from. Even got a mini hand massage! Excellent service all throughout ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walked in today to get my nails done with my daughter we are both so pleased with our nail will definitely be back and highly recommend especially for the babysitting service too, what a lovely friendly family xx
