I have been going for a while and the quality has just been getting worse. This time the man doing my nails made inappropriate comments the entire time flirting with me, asking if I had a boyfriend and where he lived. He was stroking my hands and forearms making me very uncomfortable. Another technician told his client he came to the UK for “English girls!” which also didn’t seem appropriate. My nails chipped badly the next day, and over the following week the acrylic started chipping and breaking. Very disappointing and not a nice experience for a young girl. Will not be returning.

I went to this place today and I had a horrible experience. I showed a design that I had picked and the worker doing my nails did not make sure that all my nails were equal lengths and when I noticed my thumb nails were a lot shorter then the rest, I told him politely and he told me I was wrong and that it was fine. I told him I was unhappy with it and would like them longer but he refused and ignored everything I said to him after that. He pushed me acrylics all the way back with the file and when I pulled my hand away in shock and said “ow that hurt”, he quickly pulled my hand back towards him and acted as if nothing had happened. It cost me £35 and I handed two £20 notes and he got £5 out of the draw and was very reluctant to give it to me and was expecting a tip even though the service was horrendous.

This was my 1st ever pedicure, and now I understand why mainly women folk have it on a regular basis.

Tam (male Pedicurist) explained what was going to happen and even made me a cup of coffee!
Tam also asked if I wanted my toe nails coloured. I'm not sure if he was pulling my leg.
The foot massage was a bit ticklish and wonderful (I think). My feet are still feeling great!

Competitive prices and clean throughout.

I had booked an appointment online for 1.30 and was waiting at least 40 minutes beyond that with no acknowledgment from staff at all. A few people came in waiting to have their nails done after being told the wait would be 15 minutes and they walked out due to waiting so long.I had each nail with different, basic art on, the man doing my nails kept getting the design wrong and couldn’t figure out which nail had which art on so I had to help, which even then he wasn't understanding. When it came down to colour he also matched it poorly, I wanted light pink and he was putting a dark pink on, the whole time he was looking at my inspo picture. The colour selection is also very limited. A week on, one of my nails is scratched, on another the paint is peeling off and another the actual acrylic has snapped. It is my first time going here, I have been getting my nails done for half a year now and my usual nail salon has never had any snapping issues so is purely down to poor quality products from this place

I had my nails done today at Blossom Nails and Beauty. The man was very nice he offered me tea,coffee or water. I left the nail salon very happy with my Biab pink French tip nails. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.
