Been coming here regularly for eyebrow thread and tints about two years, solely for the convenience of walk in appointments because I’m far too disorganised to ever actually book elsewhere. However after today I’ve given up and won’t be returning.

The lady (don’t know her name because she’s never said a word to me beyond “twenty two pounds, cash or card?”) is unwelcoming to the point I’ve started to question if I’ve actually wronged her in a past life, talks on her phone through the appointment and just generally makes your mere existence feel like an inconvenience.

This I could forgive if she actually did a decent job. Eyebrows are never quite even and threading is painful. I’ve been having threading for years so know to expect a bit of discomfort, but this lady metes out tooth clenching, nail blanching pain. Today I just couldn’t face the pain so decided to go with a wax instead, and I don’t know what she did but it’s left a stinging, scabby mess. I’ll take my chances at one of the many friendly local nail bars next time for half the price.

Two stars given because the actual owner is lovely and does a great job, however she lives in London and only does very occasional days when the regular woman is on holiday (I know this because she actually talks to her clients). If you’re reading this- please find some new staff because I love the convenience, just not the results

What an absolute nightmare! Had my eyebrows threaded here and I specially asked to keep as much thickness as possible and just bring some shape back. Well both my eyebrows now resemble something from the 90s and to make matters worse, both sides are uneven, meaning one side is almost completely gone in one section! I can’t even them out because I don’t want to completely ruin the other side too. I’m so upset and I’m honestly concerned they might not grow back properly as I’m in my late 30s so they were already losing thickness!

Had my chin and eyebrows done today eye brows fantastic job love them but my chin doesn't feel like it was fully done when I got home can still feel quite a bit of hair so very disappointed

I went there a couple of times just because it is on my way and therefore convenient. However I will never visit the place again. She is always either eating something or talking on the phone. And she rejects people either way. She keeps talking on the phone while doing her job which is so annoying. She does not listen to you at all. She has zero organising skills, no respect to people who believe that they are in the queue. No consistency in the quality of the service. All depend on her mood. One day she does a good job, next day she does not even bother cleaning the hair off of your face after an eyebrow treatment or does not treat your eyebrows with care. So , there is no consistency. £10 is too expensive for this level of quality.

Lovely staff and perfect eyebrows! I was a bit nervous at first but the girl was so lovely and so gentle I was really pleased. Will be going back regularly, thank you so much!
