I had an appointment with Heidi hair at 7 am 10th april on ladies day morning. A couple days before this when i was booking my appointment Heidi offered me a 7.30 am appointment which i declined as i stated that i had a makeup appointment at 8.10 am, and having a 7.30 hair appointment would mean i would not make it in time for my makeup appointment. She replied saying that her previous client hadn’t answered her for the 7am appointment and therefore she was able to put me in for 7am, therefore i paid my deposit for my appointment. The night before ladies day heidi posted a reminder on her story for everyone to be on time for there appointment, which is completely understandable knowing how busy ladies day is. Therefore on ladies day morning i went in to the salon 5 minutes before my appointment to ensure i was on time, at 6.57 heidi sat down another client and said to her “i have someone in at 7am” referring to me , but continued doing this other clients hair as i was in the shop. I proceeded to ask her how long she would be, as my appointment was at 7am and it was now 7.15 am and she was still doing another clients hair. I never ended up getting sat down until 7.30am, asked for a french twist up do, and came out with a different hairstyle. I understood she was trying her best to do the hairstyle i asked for and perhaps was in a rush, but all of it could of been avoided if she hadn’t started another clients hair, minutes before my appointment. I was extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

I made a booking with the hair stylist heidi in advance as i was going to a wedding . I booked in for a hair up and she was aware it was for an occasion . I messaged her a few times to ensure it was booked which she confirmed . I had a bad feeling so i decided to message her the night before around 4.30pm she got back to me around 6.30pm saying that she has had to take tomorrow off but she can ask one of the girls if they could book me in. i was left looking for a stylist last min which most of them are fully booked . This is just not what i needed before the wedding which was already stressful enough.In the end jayne was kind enough to fit me in to a 30 minute slot which my hair was amazing! and i am so grateful ! will 100% be back to jayne . I am not normally one to leave bad reviews but this was just a stressful situation . Thank you jayne for fitting me in last min! my hair was amazing🥰

Beautiful salon - all the girls are so friendly. I come here for waxing and brow lamination/lash lifts with Maisie - best brow lamis and lash lifts ever!!! Hollywood wax is painless and super thorough too, Maisie never ever fails!! Always love my apps

I had booked in with the stylist Heidi for wash, blow and styling via Instagram.
I arrived at 12pm (my appt time) on the day and she was not present. Another stylist was in the shop and messaged her for me. She then said Heidi asked me to message her (which made me believe she didn’t have a clue who was booked in). I messaged her and told her I was at the shop. She messaged me to say she was at the Drs with her son and that I should ask the other stylist to do my hair. I had to wait an hour , no fault at own of the other hairdresser as she was finishing her client. In the end, I had a lovely wash and Hollywood waves done by Jayne so the review is not reflective of the her or the quality of my hair but rather the unprofessionalism of one stylist. I have no qualms whatsoever with her not coming in because her child was unwell, but in her message she had also told me she had booked me in for the following day (I’m guessing this an excuse for not messaging me and rearranging/cancelling my appt on the day) Regardless, very unprofessional, didn’t get an apology. She had advertised the slot I had given on her instagram as a free space - so how or why she’s then supposedly booked me in for the following day is beyond me. If it hadnt have been for the other stylist Jayne being there I don’t know what I would of done (I needed my hair doing for a special family occasion). Just the one experience with one stylist, I will not be booking in with the pony club again unfortunately, and I have advised my friends not to book in with Heidi.
I’d like to pass my thanks onto Jayne who fit me in on very short notice , my hair was lovely. But I expect my hairstylist to 1. Know she has booked me in 2. Turn up to the appointment and 3. Notify me of any changes to the appointment- preferably before I travel to there!

just had an awful experience here with point and pose nails by hannah. Appointment was at 4pm. At 4.45pm she came over and said she had forgotten to put the booking in her diary and she had customers so would I come back at 5.15pm. I complained and she was awful to deal with. No offer of a free or reduced price for waiting over an hour, she looked like she really didn't care. Left and won't go back.

Beautiful surroundings, pleasant atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. Amazing manicures and pedicures by Danielle and hair styling by Aimee. All are very welcoming and eager to please. Definitely visit again. A must visit for anyone wanting a pamper.
