1st visit today (I have already booked a second).
My first ever pedicure, I opted for the luxury pedicure. Whilst I don't have a reference point with other pedicures all I can base my visit on is how I felt. I was made to feel welcome from even before I entered as I approached I was greeted with a smile through the window
When I entered I was greeted and offered a coffee, my pedicure was with Rachael who was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained that this was my first treatment and Rachael was kind enough to explain the process answering questions when I had them.
I was relaxed throughout coffee was great. The chairs are comfy and the low music really added to the relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and have booked for next treatment already.

June 2025 - Visited the salon again from my lash life & tint & can say once again the salon experience was very positive and i was comfortable throughout the process. I would just like to say my eyelashes are amazing ...... Its the best lash lift yet & Iv had lots of lovely comments - Thank you so much for my treatment

The environment was nice and relaxing & I fell asleep whilst having my treatment done; the lashes look fantastic, uplifted and tinted so all that was great. I just couldn't see how good they were before I left the salon as I didn't have my glasses.... Following a disappointing after care experience where glue wasn't removed correctly, I left a review letting the salon know. I was contacted and to the salons credit I was very pleased with the customer service & the matter was resolved - hence the update.

I originally had a bad experience but honestly Rachel has more than compensated. She is absolutely lovely and the service I have received recently speaks volumes about how seriously she takes customer care. Thank you very much and have a great birth and enjoy your maternity leave. You are a caring and honest person ❤️
