I had a luxury pedicure which itself was pleasant and Gracie was lovely.
As soon as I got home though I found the polish had completely smudged and on closer inspection the other nails weren’t finished particularly well with the polish being uneven and gloopy.
I contacted the manager to rectify the issue and heard nothing back. I sent another additional message and was again ignored.
This was a really disappointing experience and a waste of £35.

They make you feel comfortable. Efficient and relaxing place. I want to try the massages when I have time.

Awful experience with Rebecca. No care taken with my dermaplane facial and left feeling upset and frustrated. I normally have another therapist as this isnt the first time this has happened, so i wouldnt have booked in with her deliberately. I had previously booked my mum in for a birthday treat, and when she also had complaints about her treatment by the same person they were ignored! We were able to compare as we had the same treatment but by different therapists, and as i also found you get alot less for your money when Rebecca does the treatment. Its just lazy and unfortunately for the decent therapists in there i wont be returning.
