Google It’s took me a week on whether to write a review or not, well here it goes. I am not one to moan but I decided to drop in to this nail bar as I had my nails done here once before and they were great. I walked in last Saturday and stood for quite a while feeling very awkward, there was no welcome or greeting. Eventually I spoke and asked if they had any slots I got a cold sit there. My anxiety was starting at this point. I waited about 45 minutes and sat down the lady shaped my nails which were not great some pointy and not even. She then swapped with the man he had shaky hands and was struggling to get nail polish out as it looked empty I suggested getting another but he ignored me. He put the polish on and had to take off again as it wasn’t right. There was a lady sat next to me and she was struggling to choose they were so rude and didn’t help her so I tried to help. My anxiety was really bad and I just wanted to get out the whole experience was awful my nails were shocking I quickly paid and left and was in tears by the time I had crossed the road. My partner arrived to save the day and took me to another salon where they were fixed and repainted. Just to add another lady in there got caught a couple of times as she yelped and said ouch you are hurting but there was no apology or empathy. I truly do not recommend this nail bar. It was such an awful experience. I hope the poor lady who was next to me was ok ( she had special needs) nobody should be treated like that. Getting your nails done should be relaxing and enjoyable this was not, please avoid

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. We are sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your visit, however we do feel that several parts of your review do not accurately reflect what happened in the salon.
Saturdays are one of our busiest days, and although staff may have been focused on existing customers, you were still accommodate without an appointment.
Regarding your nails, our salon policy requires technicians to check with clients throughout the service before continuing with shape, length and colour. If you were unhappy at any stage, adjustments could have been made immediately before movingly forward.
The technician reapply the polish was not because they “ignored” the issue, but because they were trying to ensure the finish looked correct rather than leaving it uneven.
The lady who mentioned next to you is actually one of our loyal regular customer. She was not treated rudely, she simply took time choosing colours multiple times until she was satisfied.
Regarding the lady who say “ouch”, both the technician and manager apologised immediately. Unfortunately, small moments of discomfort can occasionally happen in this industry as we ate human, but we always acknowledge it professionally and do our best to make clients comfortable.
We are genuinely sorry that you personally felt anxious during your visit, but we also believe reviews should be fair and factual. We always strive to provide a professional and welcoming service to every customer .

Google I was extremely disappointed in my nails this time. I’ve been going here for many months now. And this time, the artist doing my nails rushed them and they looked like she couldn’t be bothered the French tips were messy and the moon and snake design looked awful. The application was rushed as I have now had 7 nails come off and I’ve only had them 1 week. Very disappointed and will not be going back

Google I had the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The cuticles were left completely untrimmed, and the gel was messy and uneven — it looked like it was done by a 6-year-old. Nothing about the result was professional. I left the salon feeling disappointed and embarrassed to show my feet. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone who values quality or hygiene.
