Worst experience in beauty salon I’ve ever had.
Booked a leg wax via Booksy as my normal place was fully booked. On arrival I was shown to the back area of the shop, no proper door, the front of the shop is all glass windows and the front door wide open as it was hot. I explained I wasn’t happy getting party naked in such an open space so I was shown to a more private room (which she said was used by someone else), which would have been fine. Emma then left the room and I start getting undressed to find no towel had been left out to cover myself so I open the door and ask for a towel. She then said this wasn’t going to work, didn’t want a bad review and she wasn’t going to do the treatment and asked me to leave. She then cancelled the appointment on Booksy so I couldn’t leave a review on there. Emma dealt with the whole thing very unprofessionaly

Had my eyebrows and lashes done by Emma and I’m absolutely in love, she is so professional, lovely and welcoming every time, I recommend especially for you to everyone!!!

I also wanted lemon bottle doing in my chin she rang the other beautician Joanne she was there within 10 minutes to do it for me!! She was so gentle didn’t hurt at all!
