After recommendation by family I had my nails professionally done for the 1st time by Kirsty ahead of a holiday. The whole experience was very relaxing and Kirsty explained each step of the process. I was delighted with my nails and despite inevitable regrowth, by the end of 3 weeks they still looked amazing eg no chips etc. I went back to Kirsty for removal and once again a very positive experience. Many thanks to Kirsty and I have already booked my next appointment! 😊

I’ve been going to Kirsty for a while now for LVL lashes and tint. She is professional, friendly and makes the whole experience so relaxing! I love the fact that she is so conscious about the process being done properly and safely. My lashes always look amazing afterwards. Thank you!!

Great little business, Kirsty is very good at what she does, my nails always look amazing when she’s finished with them. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, they looked great and very reasonably priced . Highly recommend Beautique Retreat .

I can highly recommend this fabulous cozy boutique in Coalville. Kirsty always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and is a very skilled beautician. My favourite treatment is the Indian head massage 💕
