I had a fabulous experience restarting my BIAB journey. Karolina ensured I was comfortable throughout and we chatted. I really enjoyed this, as most places you are sat in silence!

It was very reassuring to see all of the tools had been sterilised, they were sealed on the desk and opened to use.

I came away feeling very refreshed and my nails looked so healthy! No bleeding or sore nail beds.

Karolina has done my nails lots of time and I must say that the service has been consistently detail oriented.

I have had my nails done by Karolina so many times now and I honestly would not go anywhere else. I always get BIAB with designs on top and she absolutely nails it every single time. She is always on time, super attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what I want. If I am unsure about a design, she helps me choose something that suits my hands and style perfectly.
