I visited yesterday with my wife, to be honest it’s best decision Superdrug management did, changed all Till staff, before it’s always female and few of them were so rude ( no hi,hello,no smile,no thank you) but now all young boys they all good , greeted well and help for the query. Good experience now hopefully you guys keep up the same standard of customer service. It’s not about gender of staff but customer service by them was not good, now still few female staff they are good. I would like to mention the Young boy name Lee who served us yesterday he was very co-operative.

Came in here today with the intention of just quickly buying a few skincare bits. Unfortunately the till stopped working which is nobodies fault however the way the transaction was handled was very unprofessional and to be completely honest quite insufferable. This lady 'Val' has absolutely no listening skills as I had to spell out my name twice to her and even the second time she decided to add extra letters to my name for no reason when I was giving her my email address. She really gave off a 'can't be bothered' attitude the whole time I was standing there and I was starting to feel very uncomfortable. Coming from a face to face job myself, I know it's not hard to just be a bit friendly and genuine.

I recently visited the store in Waterloo, and overall it was a very positive experience. The place is clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I asked about products and prices.
The selection was diverse, catering to daily essentials, small gifts, and specialty items, all at reasonable prices. Checkout was mostly smooth, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours.
Overall, it’s a convenient spot for anyone looking for good products, helpful service, and a pleasant shopping environment. I’d recommend visiting at quieter times for the best experience

Lady at the till was so incredibly rude! She yawned in my face, didn’t say a word and after scanning my items, she threw them at me. Her leg was up on the side as if lounging at home, I looked for a name badge but of course she wasn’t wearing one but the name Val is on my receipt. Do yourself a favour and don’t put her on tills if she’s gonna have this attitude, I wasn’t even in the store 2 minutes and I left feeling horrible

Shaheen served me today. Shaheen I had a really great experience with the customer service. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. Shaheen took the time to listen, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Yesterday morning , I went to the shop, I was so happy for the customer services provided by Shaheen. I found him (Shaheen) very well polite, gentle and full effort on customer service. Store was found full cleaned, tidy and well organised.

i bought some of superdrugs own brand wax strips here on my birthday to try them out i used them on my arm pits nothing came off and all there was, was the residue from the wax on the strip. i spent hours scrubbing it off and there was still some left. i also had some big red marks under my arm pits that were very sore for over a week

Was served by a staff member by the name of Valvinder. Was extremely rude to my partner, had a downright atrocious attitude towards her like she'd somehow done something wrong to her. Asked for a bag, which was ignored the first time asking, and then aggressively cancelled the transaction on the card machine after the second time asking for a bag before slamming the products around when putting them in the bag. She also had her foot up on the side behind the counter the entire time. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

Customer service in here is shocking, especially by this one lady called Val (lady, glasses, middle aged, checkout services). I came to this store In February and had the displeasure of being served by her, she has a shocking ‘mean girl’ like attitude, you’d think that I’ve done something wrong to this stranger. No customer service skills, miserable and just plain rude, no greeting or thank you once I’ve paid. She is extremely unprofessional, sitting down on a chair while serving customers like she can’t be bothered to do her job. I returned to this store again today to only have another unpleasant experience at the tills as she was working once again! I decided to be served by a different girl as that till was also free (next to Val), to only find out by my friend who was with me that Val was apparently staring me down the whole time. This lady is a little too old to be acting with this mean girl attitude and quite frankly shouldn’t be working in a customer service job if she has issues with random strangers. I complained to the store manager because I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable by someone who is supposed to be doing their job.
