Yes my mum and I have been using this lady for years now she’s brilliant so are all her staff. Her prices are extremely reasonable and the Nails from everyone working in there are brilliant always happy with their work.

Absolutely awful experience at this nail salon in Grays. Honestly, this place should be shut down and no one should ever waste their money here.

They clearly have no clue how to do nails properly – rushed, sloppy work and zero attention to detail. On top of that, the staff were rude and actually shouting at customers in the salon. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to even sit there.

Imagine paying your hard-earned money just to be treated with abuse. What a complete joke. I will never come back and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Popped in on the off chance of having an infil with French tips. was seen straight away by a lovely man. he was very gentle and patient. ive had bad experiences with other places before and been really upset. im really pleased with the result and will definitely be going back.

AVOID the whole staff is full of attitude.they make you feel so uncomfortable keep speaking in there language.i told this guy I'm not happy the way he filed my nails and he has to fix it and then he started whispering in he’s language and the lady comes screaming soo rudely.they need to realise we come to get our nails done to pamper ourselves.we paying you with our hard earned money not getting it for free so be kind wasn’t happy with the service at all won’t be visiting this place again

I would put no stars if I could. The WORST nail shop I’ve ever been to. The lady in the shop has a bad attitude and is very aggressive.

I went in for natural french tip nails (no acrylic) and left with botched nails. I’ve never been to this shop, but as it was close to where I was and I couldn’t go to my usual due to time, I thought I’d give it a try.

My nails took 20 minutes to do and were AWFUL. It’s was done by one of the male staff, (which I have no problem with, but his work was AWFUL), he was squinting the whole time whilst doing my nails, so that said it all. I should’ve stopped it there. He did not file my nails well, claimed they were broken (after they were done), which they weren’t, ( but you know these nails shops, you are always to blame not them), got paint all over my fingers, and every time he went to paint the next nail he needed up “ruining” the finger he had just did.

After he had finished them, I was NOT happy and asked for them to be taken off immediately. The lady claims my nails were already ruined and that it was my fault. “If” that was the case, they should have never accepted me as a customer. She began to be aggressive and so at that point I asked for my money back and left.

If you like half done botched nails, as well as your hands painted. This is the place to go.

I didn’t get a picture of the lady from my phone, but I can see someone else has had an issue with her so I’ve used their picture.

Avoid Ivy Nails in Grays at all costs! Worst experience ever—waited over an hour, only for them to let another customer and her child jump the queue. They didn’t follow my nail instructions, and when I stepped out to get cash, the same queue-jumping lady followed me! Terrible service, no professionalism, and zero respect for customers’ time or requests. Sky nails around the corner after subway seems much better.

I was told there would be 10 minute wait which proceeded to be an hour and then they took 2 hours to complete my nails! Just a simple French tip too, they literally popped off from the sides 6 days after while I was on holiday!!

They completely messed up the shape even after showing them a picture multiple times, they took so long I ended up with a parking ticket for being over 3 hours!
I have never been so disappointed and stressed at the same time. There's a shop just down the road that are much friendlier provide better quality and are much quicker, don't waste your time here!

Took 3 hours, 2 hrs wait time missed my birthday flight thank you never again they are rude and not considering at all. I paid £63 for just Acrylic nail with colour tips instead of white tips and 1 diamanté on each nail. The toes old colour removed and painted.- no pedicure (What a rip off- guys if you want a happy and relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend somewhere else). I also kept going previously where I got £10off and was told today that I could not use it as it was old. What a scam - Please go to the big nail shop in Grays near Lloyda Bank is best. Or if you can recommend somewhere else for me please.

This IVY Nails should be closed down by the local authority.
