Google I’ve been coming here for a while with no issues, but today was a total joke. The employee I dealt with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite having tanned here before, they refused to let me on over a "problem" with my ID that has never been an issue in the past. To be turned away and talked down to as a returning customer is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their clients.

Google Had a pedicure and gel toenails my feet are still dry and crusty and my nails are uneven and top coat on my big toe nail forgotten. I paid £38 and I'm sorry to say I should have done it myself
