I have had skin boosters and a NAD injection with nurse Megan a few times now and absolutely love the experience and result every time. She makes me feel so comfortable, answers all my questions and creates a warm, clinical environment.

I've been going to Georgina for some time and she has always done a great job. Unfortunately, after my most recent appointment the colour result was not what I expected. When I raised this, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than discussed, which I found disappointing after being a loyal client. For this reason, I won’t be returning.

Had the best facial with Jess! Her hands worked miracles and I was sooo relaxed . Really impressed with the knowledge Jess had to advise me on product use at home and aftercare ...definitely going to have this treatment more regularly.. loved it..thank you ❤️

Had my wedding nails (BIAB) done by Charlotte. She did such an absolutely amazing job, so much care and attention to make them just perfect. It’s been 2 weeks and they still look like I had them done yesterday. Highly recommend this salon. Thanks again Charlotte

Been to this lovely salon twice now and have booked in a third time! I’ve been for a facial and anti wrinkle and was incredibly impressed with the salon and friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I think at some point in the near future il have to treat myself to a massage too when I fancy some pampering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon. It’s also in a lovely central location in the town as well.

I went here for an LVL lash lift and had so many things go wrong. I really wouldn’t recommend using them beauty services.
* Attended for patch test, the woman didn’t know what to test but said she found it and did patch test of only one solution, later we have found out it should have been 3
* upon the lash tint, my eyes started burning & she left it on anyway for 2 min just fanning my eyes
* once the procedure was finished only one of my eyes had lifted, I raised this and was told they didn’t have time to sort it out, and I had to come back 5 hours later which ruined my day
* attended to have it re-done and it still didn’t lift (have had done many times before)
* they refunded me and offered to do a third time which I declined as surely that’s very bad for your lashes
* 3 days later I developed intensely itchy eyes and have suffered chemical burns on both my lash lines. The underneath was blistered and red raw, with the blisters popping and skin coming off into my eyes. My vision always affected for 2 days where I could hardly drive
* now, 4 weeks later my eyes are intensely dry. I have to use eye drops 4 times a day which I never had to do before.

I’m absolutely gutted that I chose to book here and that this is what’s happened. When I raised it after the second treatment, I was told that I ‘booked with a junior person’. Actually no, I booked with someone you have hired to do a treatment and they should be competent to do it.
