my mum, partner and sister went to get their nails done, the lady was rude because it was just her doing the nails, a woman walked in at 3:30 and said can i go next as i’m in a rush which the nail shop should have said no, there’s two people in front of you, she said yes you can go infront of my mum and sister, ruined my mums birthday as she wanted new nails and really awful customer service , if i could give negative starts , i would, this was place isn’t worth going to even if it’s the last mail place on earth, also ruined my partners nails by rushing as the rude woman i wanted her nails done quickly, would never recommend this place

Not the best for threading or eyebrow tinting - still had numerous hairs despite asking for it to be redone - was told my eyebrow hairs were ‘small’ - but that’s the point of threading - hate to leave this review as like to support business but not value for money - sorry

Went here yesterday for a pedicure..was told come at 9.45 but closed opened after 10 am..pedicure was rushed no time and care taken done in like 20 mins.. never had a pedicure so quick normally lasts for 45 mins to an hour..very disappointed..will not return there .also only one lady doing two pedicures!!!!..joke

Horrendous experience, had an eyebrow tint and it was smeared on like crayola, left my skin stained all around my eyebrows- I looked like a clown- This was blamed on my wearing powder?? The technican left me with some cotton pads and proceeded to work on her next customer. When I said I was not happy to pay full price - I was told i could have a discount on my next service and not to wear so much make up. Safe to say I will not be returning- Be warned!

I went into this salon as I was gifted a voucher to get my nails done. I chose to get acrylics and the price was shown. It was my first time ever getting my nails done so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Once the technician had done my nails, I told them I had a voucher and he instantly said I’d gone for a special finish and demanded I paid an extra £10. I was so embarrassed, I paid.

When I got home, after about 2 hours, my nails were in agony. I couldn’t touch anything or even pull my clothes down to go to the loo. I’ll NEVER go back. MV nails took my nails off without any problems however.

Very rude people, especially the female staff. Don’t know how to respect or respond to customers properly. I have been a loyal customer since i moved to Oxted, but I am never going to this place again

only nail shop open and needed my nails taken off… outside it stated nail removal was £10 when i went in there she proceeded to cut all of my acrylics off then said they are £15 so now i am stuck with disgusting nails
