This is the best place for a treatment, always polite and welcoming most of the time I have lilly who is just fab there all lovely tbh and nothing is to much trouble extra bonus for the little christmas gifts they give there clients. 10/10 highly recommend.

Come here often but won’t be returning they have become very rude and miserable lately they rush your nails Helen was moaning because I couldn’t chose the colour I wanted and was tutting she rushed my nails and one nail has broken I won’t be returning. They charge you 37 so you leave the rest as a tip and it’s all cash so obviously tax evaders don’t bother

Used to come here often however recently I’ve been having bad outcomes and the prices seem to have become expensive. I had an appointment and overall costed £45 which I’m ok with however the quality doesn’t reflect it and if I remember correctly builder gel overlay used to be £30. Where they got £45 I have no idea. The last couple times my nails have come out messy. This time the girl who was doing it rushed the work that she even finished before the girl next to me (who came earlier) was done. I understand your kids have come back from school but at least finish my nails properly and not leave gel all over the nail. If you know you can’t do the work in time, don’t take on another client. Not to mention the last couple times I came, they never have the colours I want and I always have to change it in a rush🤦🏻‍♀️. Last time they had no reds and I had to switch 5 times. Overall sad that it has become this as it used to be my go-to.

I just moved to Oxted from London and needed to find a new nail salon that offered BIAB. I’ve had both Lily and Nam do my nails and they’re both so talented and precise. My nails have been perfect every time with lovely shapes. The rest of the team are really lovely and welcoming every time I walk in and I’ve been able to book the same day every time I’ve called.

Recently tried for a mani pedi. They did a good job but my gel nails chipped after a couple of days. They fixed it when I went back in, but within a few hours, both nails had chipped again. I wasn’t doing anything strenuous so it was really really disappointing.

Every month I look forward to my appointment and every time they deliver the best nails for me and give me the best service! All the staff are so lovely and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great quality nails that last! X

I’ve been coming here for years to see Lilly and unfortunately won’t be returning anymore. I’m never offered options to choose the shades of pink I want. The maturer lady who does my feet refused for the second time in a row to let me choose my colour and insists there’s nothing else to offer other than the shade she chooses. I’m fed up of paying for a service to not receive the look I want even after asking them to change it. Communication is so poor and booking appointments is irrelevant, you’ll either be rushed or expected to wait.
