Hi Kitty, I’ve searched our last few months of appointments and can’t find a booking under the name kitty booked with us ? If you pass over your booking details I can take a look for you ? Are you sure you have the correct business as there are two nailbars on the high street.

Hi Jill, so sorry to hear that we increased our prices recently to be able to continue to trade. In April this year there was a National campaign which was featured on all the main stream t.v channels that nailbars were having to increase prices due to the rocketing costs of the products, utilities and services we use. This has effected nailbars across the whole of the UK. We are a multi award winning nail bar and some of our technicians are award winners in their own right. We do not use drills (e-files) but file by hand as we believe this is gentler to the natural nails this does take longer which is also reflected in our prices. We also use only disposable or sterilised items so no risks of nail fungus and other infections which can be spread by sharing files or poor hygiene. Finally we really are a lovely bunch but totally understand your right to shop around for cheaper services. NailSquad xx 💖
