Fit me in very last minute and made sure I got my birthday lashes! I was so impressed and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep several times (much to my embarrassment) thanks so much - will definitely be back!

I re scheduled my facial so elite would still get my money, as I had a chest infection and left it til the day before to cancel and re schedule my facial as I was hoping my anti biotics would kick in for.me.to be able to attend it. They still made me pay half the cost and then full cost again to re book. I understand policies but also customer care!! Why would I want to pass on my infection firstly, and booking another appt was me being kind to the company so they were getting my money still. Salons have people who jump in for last min cancellations so they would never of been short of being out of pocket business wise. Sadly I wont be using again as a year ago I also had gel nails, they lasted an evening! I was offered to come back for free but again they lasted a day. Such a shame.

Having previously visited the salon , I opted to chose Jo again . She was very sympathetic to my requirements , as I am still recovering from a broken arm . She was very attentive , reassuring me how long the treatments would take & making sure I was comfortable enough .
