I had scheduled my first appointment for facial and waxing at this facility, for which a consultation date was provided to me. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the scheduled consultation. Subsequently, I received a message instructing me to pay 50% of the service cost. Upon seeking clarification regarding the consultation and the reminders, I was met with rudeness from a member of staff. To my surprise, she mentioned that she was not compensated for sending out reminders.
I believe that communication should be transparent from the outset, and clients should be informed clearly about any obligations related to appointments. Additionally, professionalism and courtesy are paramount in customer interactions, and I was disappointed by the lack of respectful communication exhibited by the staff member. I trust that this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure a more positive experience for clients in the future.
