I’ve been going here for over 10 years since it opened. I’ve moved away since but still come back for eyebrow threading, hair cuts and massages. The prices are great, everyone is friendly and everything is very good at what they do. Definitely recommend this place!

Very very bad experience… if only I could give 0 star… The women burned my upper lip skin while waxing,,,, seemed inexperienced….

Pushpa was so friendly and gave excellent service! I got my eyebrows threaded by her and she was making sure I was happy with how they looked. Would highly recommend this place

Very disappointed with the service and it’s not worth it at all!! The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude at the same time, been there for my haircut and she just acted like she was giving me a haircut when she didn’t even give my hair a good shape and told me that my haircut is done, all she did was just used the hairdryer and set my hair imperfectly, the duration to finish my haircut and setting was just 5mins which costed me £25. When I asked her to give it proper shape at least she was like my next customers are waiting I can’t do it now, How ridiculous!!!!!!
I shall never recommend this place to anyone these people are highly unprofessional.

Best place for an eyebrow wax and tint. They do a lot more besides that and they're always friendly.

Great service, very professional ladies. Was greeted warmly and proceeded to have 5* treatment all along. I had my eyebrows done and have come here for all my beauty needs over the years - never been disappointed! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Basically don’t go there if you’re black. Got there and had a bit of a wait before anyone even addressed me. One of the workers just looked at me and turned away like I wasn’t standing right there which I thought was quite rude. Every white person that walked in seemed to get a smile and polite conversation while I was ignored. When I told them I was there for a massage, they all just looked at each other and smirked then in their language started talking to each other and it was quite obvious what they were saying. One proceeded to ask the others who wanted to do the massage. They all just kept smirking and looking away as if they didn’t want to do it. Eventually after a 15 minute wait, I was lead to the massage room. The blinds were kept up the whole time and it was early afternoon so it was BRIGHT. There was no music, no relaxing atmosphere and I could even hear all the convo going on downstairs. The girl who ended up doing the massage was the one who was asking who wanted to do it. This girl weighed about 1/4 of me and had no muscles whatsoever. She barely touched me during the massage and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. All I could do was wait for it to be over. Then they charged me £25 instead of the advertised £20. That’s the last penny they will ever get from me. Waste of time and money.
