Avoid cuz they really need extra training. Done a french style there today which cost £40. Really upset. The surface is lumpy ( can't tell from the pic but in real life very obvious). Nails shape are not done properly--- tips are too wide and fat. French tips are thicker than other parts of nails. The lady clearly needs more training! Very disappointed and upset! Going to get them removed and redone. What a waste of £40!

I have been using X cellent got nearly a year and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else in hitchin. The most patient staff, whose nail designs and skills are incredible. Would highly recommend!!

This is my second time getting gels done at X-cellent nails. My friend has been coming for a while and recommended them! Great attention to detail, they were so gentle and I am so so happy with my nails! Really lovely place and I recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new local nail salon.
