Messed up my nails so bad said I thought I was getting engaged did them bright pink when I wanted natural and added gems and design that wasn't asked for. Look like year 6 prom nails and they were £50. Gutted. Guy was very aggressive and said he liked my self harm scars???? Don't bother

Don't bother booking online, they will still keep you waiting. No customer service. Sad because I've been going here for over 10 years but I won't be going back.
