I got the Japanese Head spa for Bushra and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, she makes you feel so comfortable and I have never been more relaxed after a treatment, huge shout out to her and I had pooja for my wax and she was incredible as well her attention to detail was amazing. Definitely coming back soon.

Came for the Japanese head spa with my friend which was amazing, I didn’t get the ladies names but they were both lovely and amazing at what they do. I feel they should use good shampoo and conditioners and maybe have a space to set up for a blowdry after. (Coming from a hairdresser). Only down fall is I was over charged by £20 as online says it’s £55 and when I rang to book the appointment he said £55 each and I was charged £65 each on the day, he was saying something about the shoulder massage but it seems that included in everyone’s. I think the prices need to be more clearer. But other wise it was amazing experience.

Had a head spa today with a lovely lady. Forgot her name.
She had very strong techniques which was amazing, however personally I am unsure if I would call it a head spa. I had 3 shampoos and conditioner. I didn't have the metal head spa it was out of a shower head however I did ask and bushra did end up using it for a few minutes or 2.
The facial was amazing and the massage was incredible.
However I am unsure if I would rush back for the head spa, however would highly recommend facial and massage!
I would also suggest like a little blow dry station on the landing which would make it more lovely

1st time trying this spa as my usual place was shut. Ended up with 6 finger cuts across 10 fingers! All painful the next day and hoping doesn't get infected. Feel like I should have complained at the time. Was also quote expensive.

Disappointing massage, really rough and the masseuse inadvertently pushed down on my throat, making me cough. She kept catching her nails on my earrings too. Well meaning staff but they need more training, sorry <3

The Japanese head spa is amazing! Not only is it a luxurious hair wash, it includes a facial, neck & shoulder massage, I came with my friend and we then ended up having a gel pedicure & infills. We really felt like we had the full body experience! Considering I paid £167 for all 3 treatments that is what I would normally pay for a spa day with 1 treatment. Money well spent I say!!

The staff are super friendly and accommodating too!

Really poor experience and I’ve never had to make a complaint to a nail salon before!
I visited for acrylic infills with a gel overlay, having booked online as my usual salon was fully booked. The infills in total took over 1.5 hours, and the nail itself was very thin on the top with an uneven powder coverage.
I also asked for a design from their Instagram page. I’m not convinced these pictures are their own work, as the technician had no idea how to do the design and did a very poor replica which was uneven and amateurish. By this point, I just wanted to leave and was happy to politely accept the shoddy work. I paid via bank transfer which they assured me I could do before my appt. However, it was a Sunday afternoon, and I was kept there for an additional fifteen minutes as they waited for the money to reach their account. I showed them confirmation of the payment leaving my bank, and also gave them my name and contact details, so they then allowed me to leave. The next day, the gel overlay started to peel off! On 4 fingers it started to chip, after a £40 visit only the previous day. I was so disappointed, as I have busy festive weekends upcoming and not a lot of time to get this remedied. Hitchin is also out of the way for me, and only worked on the one occasion I was visiting.
I have contacted the salon to ask for a refund but they are refusing despite their poor service and work quality. They will only offer to fix the chipping, but this will involve a 35 minute journey in a busy working week to a spa which I don’t want to visit again. I have now had to go back to my usual salon and spend another £40 to sort them out. The nail techs there were horrified at the crap job by Bubble Spa. So, if you want to go anywhere, go to Rain’s nails in Luton :)
