Went in for a brow lamination + wax, lady was running late and had obviously double booked. Didn’t say anything about being late but if it was the other way round I probably wouldn’t have been served! She’s ruined my brow shape, barely asked me what I wanted and what the process is, just asked me to sit down and rushed the entire process. The salon smelt bad and her station was unclean and messy, super unhygienic with stains all over the place (wouldn’t hurt to take pride in your work area and wipe down after each client which she clearly does not do) Offered a tint aswell as she said it would look better and she’s dyed them so much darker than my hair it’s ridiculous. She didn’t cut my brows down before laminating so they look so uneven my family and friends have said they look horrible and don’t match my face whatsoever :) whole process was rushed and nothing was explained without me having to ask her. Won’t be coming back and I suggest they clean their working area and take the time to explain what they’re doing regardless of how long you’ve been in the “industry” :)

I’m so glad I chose the lash studio for my lash course! The training was thorough, easy to understand, and packed with useful tips that I’ll actually use. The trainer was amazing — super supportive, encouraging, and clearly passionate about lashes. I learned so much and feel confident to start working on clients straight away. If you’re thinking about doing a lash course, I honestly couldn’t recommend this one enough 💖

I’ve just completed my Classic Lash Training Course with Lash Lounge and had such a great experience. Natalia was an amazing trainer, super knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the course. Everything was explained clearly, and the hands-on training really boosted my confidence. I cannot recommend this place enough and I mean this wholeheartedly. Over 4 years ago I decided to treat myself for an event and get lash extensions. It was something that was out of character for me and something I only intended to do once.

I had spent weeks feeling nervous about the appointment, as I didn’t know what to expect and I have always felt intimidated in salon environments. I get to the appointment and meet Bryanna. When I say this girl is an ANGEL! She made me feel so at home and chilled and we chatted the whole way through. I told her this would be my first and only appointment and she told me I’d be back again in 3 weeks….. she was very much correct!

Apart from giving birth twice, I have not missed an appointment in 4 years! All month I look forward to visiting because everyone is so kind and accommodating. Bryanna became not only my lash tech, but my friend, and someone who ended up knowing more about me than half of my family! She is so incredibly kind, and talented at what she does and I’ve never walked out feeling negative about my lashes. They always look incredible!

She has been so great with my children when I have to bring them (even when they are not on their best behaviour) and she has gone above and beyond in every way to ensure my lashes get done and get done well! She accommodated me with nothing but kindness when I was pregnant, postpartum (one of the first things I did when I had my baby was run to the Salon to show her and everyone) and she has just had such a profound impact on me and my sanity as a mum with little down time!

As I am leaving the area and will soon unfortunately be unable to continue going to this salon, I want to take this time to say a huge thank you to everyone there and an absolutely massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to Bryanna for being such an amazing understanding person who never judged me and accepted my crazy kids from day 1. You made my lashes look perfect every time and you always knew what I needed even when I didn’t have a clue!

If you are still reading this as someone who is unsure whether to visit and take the plunge, DO IT! You will get the best service, the best conversations and the most relaxed, non judgemental atmosphere that leaves you relaxed and refreshed when you leave.

Awful customer service. My daughter (a regular customer) had a health emergency 5 hours before her appointment. They kept banging on about how if she had to reschedule she would be made to pay. “It’s our policy”. Well yeah your inflexible policy lost you that money and a regular customer. Terrible business acumen. Will be spreading the word.

Welcomed by a really lovely lady at reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who helped me book in as it was my first time.
Had a lash lift and tint done by a beautiful woman called Soraya. I felt so relaxed and comfortable, the treatment bed is amazing 😂 I asked if Soraya could leave my outer lashes a little less curled and she did exactly what I wanted 🥰
Place is absolutely immaculate ✨
