Super disappointed with the quality of the nails I got - this is my second time coming to USA nails..
the first time i got a manicure and skin was pulled too hard and I was bleeding during most of the treatment, and two days after getting the nails done the gel lifted from my nails

I went yesterday for a pedicure and once again one day after the pedicure the gel has lifted … not only that but the nails were not painted on well. I didn’t notice at the time because I was in a rush but the nails are clumpy, there are missing spots , some of the gel is on the skin and as someone else also mentioned in their review - the dry skin on the feet is still there.

The staff there was great I will say that.. but on quality alone - I will not be returning

Had a lovely experience today, I showed a reference photo and the design turned out identical to the picture. Really pleased with my nails, would highly recommend.

I have been to most of the nail bars in Basingstoke and this one is defo the best. Always happy to fix repair my acrylics. Mostly for free.
Been coming here for 7 yrs and I’ve seen the quality and workmanship of the technician’s. Some of the designs have been really intricate and I’ve not seen anyone disappointed with the finished product.
I’ve never had any attitude or rudeness and never seen it with other customers. I’ve never had to complain but would feel fine todo so if the occasion arose. I couldn’t recommend USA nails enough
Update, two years later and I still can’t fault them.

Not the best. The man was a bit rude and rushed to be honest. Didn't ger asked once if I liked the shape, or color etc. I asked if he could do my white French tip line a bit thinner and he seemed annoyed that I did. I normally go to Queens nails but they were packed so decided to go here. I won't again. Not in love with my set from here but queens nails always gets it bang on. Disappointing for £38.

awful pedicure such wonky cut for my toenails and absolutely horrible and horrendous french tips all different nothing like my picture i showed him. very rushed and rude with dirty footspa. overpriced at £40 never again do not recommend!!

I will always return to have my nails done here. The young girl who helped me chose my colour was so polite as was everyone. They look so beautiful I wish I had remembered the colour!

Such lovely attentive,happy staff and great customer service and my nails last so well!! I have been here 3 times now since Feb. I used to go to co cos but found most of the staff rude and they just talked between themselves. I had the acrylics and gel nails and neither lasted long on me.highly recommend USA Nails .Thank you!!

Super welcoming, friendly and attentive staff - the salon was beautiful, spacious and clean too! I was even offered a coffee/tea on arrival! Really impressed by the service and I LOVE my nails (pink chrome effect 😍)!

Don't normally get my nails done but my work colleagues went on lunch break so i joined. Not a good idea.
Lady was not listening to what i wanted and was pushing for me to get a product i did not want. When i did not bend to what she wanted, she was RUDE and the end result my grandchild could of done better.
