I came in today for BIAB infills — this was my second time visiting this salon. BIAB infills were not listed on the price list, so before starting I asked how much they would cost. I was told £20.

When I went to pay, I handed over £20, but then they suddenly told me the price was actually £30 — which is the price of a completely new set, not infills. I explained that I had specifically asked beforehand and was told £20, but they argued with me and insisted it was £30.

I emptied my purse and gave them every bit of cash I had, which came to £28.68. They then threatened to call security if I didn’t pay the full £30. This happened while I was there with my 11-month-old baby, with staff shouting at me in front of a full salon of people.

I was extremely embarrassed by the whole situation and ended up leaving the shop crying.

The customer service was absolutely disgusting. Changing the price after the service is done and then intimidating customers over it is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

To the woman who offered to pay the rest of my nails I’m so sorry I didn’t say thank you, it was so traumatic it was all a haze. - thank you x

I was so impressed. Absolutely amazing work stunning

Staff amazing and they went totally out of their way to accommodate me. Got me an energy drink unexpectedly and I appreciated that VERY MUCH.

Really disappointed had pedicure here couple days ago and one of the gels couloir has peeled off one of my toes in one really disappointed for £35 would expected them to have lasted more than 3 days

Rudest place ever. Zero stars. The female manager/owner thought it was OK to slag me off to her colleagues after it took 3 attempts to understand what I wanted. I highly recommend using a translation app whilst in there. I walked out after listening to her be rude about me and took my money elsewhere.

So as nails go it was well done. me and my partner went to get manicure and pedicure. We confirmed what we had done and then we asked how much and they said the amount and we paid.

I then return to get infills and after that service was done I was then told they forgot to add a pedicure the last time I had been there. He admitted multiple times that they had forgotten but we needed to pay. I explained that we only had enough for what had just been done as we didn't know about or expect any extras. This was done in front of multiple people at the front of the store and I was incredibly embarrassed by the situation and how it was handled. In the end my partner had to step in and again explain they were the ones who had forgotten. We paid what we were told to, same as this time. My partner explained we would have been happy to pay at a later day but after how this has been handled, we definitely will not be returning here for any more services. The professionalism was appalling

Edit: I got the infills done on Friday its now sunday and its peeling off ill now have to go somewhere else to get the fix and will now have to play extra
