Myself and my partner went today to have our vaccinations before our honeymoon in June and were seen by the lovely nurse Amanda! She was so so reassuring, kind and gave us loads of information about the various vaccines needed for our trip. She even printed out a full overview of each one and when we’d need boosters to share with our doctors. Thank you Amanda - you made quite a scary thing a nice experience for us!

Every time I visit the store, Aldona is always incredibly helpful and friendly. She always gives great advice, whether it’s about makeup products, hair shampoos, or lip glosses.
Her customer service is truly amazing and she always helps me find exactly what I need.
I highly recommend her!

Avoid the brow bar. The staff member who did my threading was polite, but unfortunately it was the worst threading I’ve had. It seemed like she may be quite new, as the technique didn’t feel quite right and the brow shaping is nonexistent. I tried to ask her to fix but it was another failed effort so I just said thank you, paid and had it fixed at the brow place next to Popeyes instead. Pale girl with brown hair specifically to avoid.

I had just popped into the store to ask if they do any birthday discounts or freebies as ive been a superdrug member for almost 3 years and i had asked a worker if they offer anything as i saw something online and she was really rude and talked to me in as if i cant afford anything and din't even offer me a smile when i first approached her and dint say sorry or anything and kind of ruined my birthday. Staff need to be trained on how to talk to customers

I had the most pleasant encounter with a young assistant called Nathan (Basingstoke) who is absolutely charming, friendly and an excellent ambassador for Superdrug if he treats all customers the gracious way he treated me.
In general this store is definitely one of the best.

Had a great experience with Ellie and T today with my two girls getting their ears pierced. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. When my daughter asked for both ears to be done at the same time Ellie asked her colleague, T, to come and help. One of my daughters got her ears pierced and my other girl decided she didn't want to. Ellie and T could not have been more lovely and understanding. Highly recommend the experience. Thank you again!

The absolute jobsworth on the tills at around 3:40pm Monday 26th May either needs a new job or better customer service training. Clearly bored on shift and looking for an argument, intentionally trying to annoy customers and make their in store experience difficult. I’m talking about an older female with white hair.
