I went here as I needed my nails doing back at the start of the year and I never had a problem with the young girl she was polite and was more than helpful I was always happy how she’d done my nails the past 3/4 times however then comes today when the owner (hai) did my nails I’m going to try and summarise the best I can,
If I could give 0 stars after today’s encounter i most definitely would’ve 👍🏻

I arrived at around 10 o’clock wanting biab Infills and gel colour, when I sat down she started taking the length of my nails which I never asked for so I asked for her not to take any length away,
after 20 minutes my nails were done she was rude throughout the whole service, caught my skin multiple times!!

I explained I wasn’t happy with the service as I feel they were rushed and were not up to the normal standard they were not neat and had gel and biab all round my cuticles and fingers they were messy not even smooth however she became extremely rude and started shouting at me while my daughter was sat next to me!!!

She offered to fix them but would have to cut my nails down even more!! Which again I expressed I didn’t want any length took off again she started raising her voice even more telling me I have to pay telling me also shouting to go ahead and write a bad review originally I wasn’t going to do this however was when she overstepped the mark,

she walked off and started doing someone else’s nails one of the young girls in the shop was helpful came and sat down and asked if I wanted her to sort my nails which I agreed to this was around 10:30/10:35 this lovely girl took the awful application off and started repainting my nails she done my right hand and had just started on my left pinky when “hai” came back over grabbed the polish off the worker grabbed my hand/wrist and again started becoming very rude telling me it was the fact i didn’t like the colour she had applied previously as i got a different colour put on (which it wasn’t the colour at all it was the whole application)
she took the lamp which my other hand was in away in an extremely aggressive manner she then grabbed my hand again and told me to let her take of the colour which I told her to not touch me and pulled my hand away, again my daughter was present!!!

She then carried on shouting and being rude to me telling me I just wanted free nails (I’ve always paid and tipped!!!) telling me to go and write a bad review and to call the police if I want to because she doesn’t care still shouting and becoming louder I told her multiple times through out this to please stop shouting at me as I wasn’t shouting at her and please not to shout infront of my daughter her response was my daughter shouldn’t be in the salon (I’ve never been told this and my daughters been in there before with me and nothing was said on any occasion I would’ve respected it if it was) not that it is ok to speak to someone so rudely and raise there voice the way she did if my daughter wasn’t present.

She told me to leave and to never return which I most definitely will not be 👍🏻👍🏻 I would advise anyone else to avoid I took myself to another salon who the customers in there also expressed how rude she has been to them.

There’s no need for rudeness when someone expresses they’re not happy with a service which they are paying for (I didn’t end up paying due to her telling me not to and to leave) and I left with my nails not even cured still tacky and half a hand done 👍🏻

Popped in today on the off chance they had a walk in appointment available.

I was greeted by Linh who was very polite. Sat me down, offered me a drink and asked what I wanted. I wasn't persuaded to have something else (this is what I have found in other salons) I went with a simple french acrylic with a thin line of pink to make the white pop. Linh made conversation with myself, which I thought was lovely. (Again in other salons, I have felt ignored) Not only did Linh make me feel comfortable but also the owner came over and explained a treatment and the males next to me whom we're practicing techniques, involved me in their conversation and showing me their nails.
The salon is very clean with a big open space for people who are waiting. It wasn't busy today but nice to see a seating area for when it is busy and not having to stand around.

Only recommendation I would have is, when I came to choose the shape of my nails, there was only a small poster and unfortunately I don't have the best eye sight so I couldn't see it. Maybe some bigger posters or some on the desk so that people with bad sight like myself could see 🤣

However, I was able to pick a style as I explained what I wanted and Linh explained the shapes of the nails on offer.

This wouldn't put me off coming back.

Bonus that they open bank holidays and do a loyalty card for repeat costumers.

Had our 3rd set today and love them! Nails always last and are always perfect, staff always do every little detail we ask for so happy with them! can’t wait for our next set!

I go here to have my nails done because a friend recommended me this placs, the first time was with a lady with black and pink hair and she was gentle and nice and made my nails look really nice, after that i had my nail done by a guy who was really rough with my nails and constantly pressed down way to hard on my nails when using the electric file to remove the color from my last nails, he was not careful and when i showed him a picture of what I wanted he just did classic ombré rather than what I asked for, aswell as during the service i recently had a new tattoo which was still sore and healing he grabbed my arm with my tattoo and i pulled my arm away and asked him to not do it again, he did it anyway again, then when he was finishing my nails he was laughing and talking bad about me and the nails i wanted in chinese with the other people, then even worse, at the end when he was filing my nails before the final coat, he cut my finger with electrical file because he was looking at the other man sat next to him then i saw the other male worker cut an old ladies finger open with the electric file and then blame her for it, At that point i just wanted to leave. then just before i was about to pay and leave, i was putting my rings back on because i took them off so they wouldn’t get dirty, the worker put his hand out and asked for my rings as “payment”

Absolutely disgusting.

Every time I go in, the staff always make sure I’m happy before I pay. Just yesterday I got my nails done. I wanted short and that’s just what I got, the girl made them look incredibly natural and chose the most beautiful milky pink to suit! I am delighted with them.

Every time I go in, there are repeat customers who know the staff by name. You know it’s a good place when this happens.

I’ve read reviews regarding the staff speaking in their own language, I actually disagree. Yes, I have heard them speak in their own language but they do have plenty of conversations and have a laugh and joke with their clients in English. It is a sociable place and you are made to very welcome.

The price is unbeatable for the nails they produce.

Awful. Went here when couldn’t get in my usual nail place in widnes because it was just too busy. Just wanted some gel polish on my own nails. Electric file used to take off my old polish and maybe the girl wasn’t trained properly because it hurt and now my own nails are so weak, and have snapped so far down I’m in pain. She also moaned about having to do nails 6 days a week and made fun of me. Avoid

i went to get my nails done recently and i have never experienced such horrific service. Overcharged me for a solid colour that one, wasn’t the colour i asked for,i asked for pink i got red when i told hai (the nail artist) this wasn’t what i wanted she scoffed at me rolled her eyes and told me i didnt specify but i said to her pre starting my nails i wanted pink and then i asked for her to re do them and she said they was closing now, 30 minutes before closing time and practically shoved me out and closed up. ABSOLUTELY disgraceful.

Absolutely shocking nails, don't look anything like the photo. Literally went to another salon half an hour later to get the colour took off and re done. Nails where thick and Almond shape was shocking.
