A Hidden Gem for Pilates Lovers!
I've been attending this new Pilates studio since it opened ten weeks ago, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience from day one. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming—everyone from the staff to the fellow clients is friendly and supportive, making it a genuinely nice place to spend time.

The studio itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, which really adds to the sense of calm and focus during classes. Speaking of classes—they're outstanding. Thoughtfully structured, challenging in the best way, and led by truly amazing instructors who clearly love what they do.

I'm so glad I found this place. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, I highly recommend checking it out!! Even if you just want to go for a coffee and chat in the cafe!! I love this place!!

Fabulous gorgeous space. I have been doing hot yoga here with ali each week, just an amazing class. Had a great kettlebell workout in the morning which was tough but makes you feel great after! Looking to try the pilates next! The matcha here is just yum, no were else compares. Totally recommend.

What a gorgeous, calm place. I popped into Serenity House as I’d heard about their tasty matchas and they didn’t fail me. They are delicious. One of the best I’ve had!

This is my new fave place to spend my days off, such a warm and inviting space. love the Pilates sessions with all the girls and the variation of exercises in each class so it never gets boring or repetitive. Elisha who does my nails is fab and so quick and the matchas in the cafe are a 10/10.
