Awful experience today. Went in for a spa pedicure when arrived I got asked if I wanted gel I stated no I just wanted the normal polish that is included in the spa pedicure which I clarified 3 times and they agreed. Then when it got time to someone painting my nails a man came up and basically said unless I pay the £10 extra they won't be painted as they have ran out of normal nail polish, I explained that I told them multiple times before they started and it was agreed and he just laughed in my face and said sorry only gel and that I would have to pay extra. Awful experience with that however the other man who done the beginning of my pedicure was amazing.

Nice bright spacious shop. Small wait, I wanted basic as I have recently stopped biting my fingers and wanted to look down at nice neat nails. That's exactly what I got, yes it almost feels like a conveyor belt but I cannot fault the work done and did not feel rushed at any point. I will definitely be returning

I’ve been going to Amazing Nails for about a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. They all work so hard. Thank you for doing any of the design ideas I come in with!

I’ve been here a couple times with my Nan, sometimes I get French tips and on occasion get nail art. The French tips are so classic and done so elegantly but the girl who does the nail art is so intricate and so talented, she always goes above and beyond and my nails are always gorgeous when I go here, and in all honesty I think the prices are too low for what she does x

Not my usual salon but had a pedicure several weeks ago so decided to have my nails done. As I was strapped for time I just wanted infills. The guy wanted me to have a new set. He was shaking his head when I insisted on infills. RUDE.
When removing my previous colour I flinched 3 times as the drill he was using was burning. He cut my nails so short it will be 2026 before they need doing again. When vigorously filing them down one in particular was so short he was filing skin. As stated on previous reviews they want everyone to have a new set and see how many they can make.
Will never go here again.

Would not go here, they were in a rush always worrying about the next person coming in. I went Friday and I have a chipped nail already (Sunday) the guy that runs it did my nails and only bothered about seating the next person. Bad service which I would have passed on but now my nail is chipped after two days, will not return!

been here a few times, staff are very quick and talented.
i asked for a difficult design this time and was absolutely blown away with the effort and detail that went into my nails. extremely pleased with my set and would definitely come back again!

my experience was lovley with amazing nails. I have been coming here for a few months now and the staff are very friendly and kind. They double check with me to ensure I am pleased with my end results. Highly recommend!
